All our products are handcrafted and have been individually picked from a variety of locations. We also pride ourselves with gathering some really vintage pieces, sometimes only one of a kind. Each product is therefore unique and different from each other. Do bear this in mind before asking for a return.
Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.
- You double check the shipping address for mistakes.
- You provide a contact number on the address.
- Someone is there to pick up. Our courier agencies will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.
- Carefully see the product description and the pictures on the mannequin for size.
In case of a return,
- Please inform us within 2 days of receipt of order. Please email us at email@example.com with a photograph of the product and the package.
- Once we authorize the return, we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
- We will issue a refund in the form of store credit only. NO cash/credit/cheque/Demand draft refund request will be entertained. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in a good condition.
